Casserole with minced meat and sweet mashed potatoes

Ingredients
- 300 gr minced meat
- 450 g sweet potato puree
- 2 pointed peppers
- 200 g leeks (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- Handful of grated cheese
Preparation
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Brown the ground beef in a pan with a little oil or butter. Cut the pointed pepper into strips and fry it for a while with the minced meat. Add the leek and tomato paste and Cajun seasoning. Mix everything well.
- Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper (if desired). Place the mincemeat mixture in a baking dish and cover with a layer of sweet mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with a little cheese and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until the cheese has melted nicely.
