General Information
Guava is considered an exotic fruit; it is part of a group of one hundred species of tropical trees and small trees. This fruit is spread throughout Central and South America.
It is a round fruit, it has a thin pale green to yellow skin depending on the ripening stage of the fruit. The guava has a white, pink or even orange pulp, creamy and with many hard seeds. Its smell is very pleasant and it has a sweet taste.
