General Information

It comes from Southeast Asia, also known as green lemon, it is one of the most common exotic fruits of the fruit bowl and of gastronomy, its use comes from the Middle Ages.

It belongs to the citrus family, and there are more than 1,500 varieties. They are generally small in size, and green or yellow in color. Its flavor can be acid, sweet or sometimes bitter, its pulp is quite fleshy and refreshing.
